The PASSA is a non-profit association committed to enhancing the self storage industry in Pennsylvania. The majority of our members are family owned and operated businesses. Our focus is providing you with quality education, networking opportunities and the tools necessary for continued success.

Self Storage owner/operators with a facility in Pennsylvania or any vendor supporting the self storage industry. Members are the core of the PASSA and the strength of our organization. Legislative Efforts

The PASSA continues to represent the industry in Harrisburg and prepares to protect it from legislative threats. In 2015, lien law updates were enacted due to the efforts of the association. Click here to learn more.

The PASSA thanks you for supporting our industry. However, the PASSA is a not-for-profit trade association and does not mediate or resolve disputes between self storage operators and tenants. For issues with your facility or unit, please review your rental agreement and contact the individual named there. Alternatively, call, email, or visit the facility in person to address and resolve the concern. PASSA does not have the power, authority, or ability to remedy any disputes between an operator and a tenant.
